We take the guesswork out for you by designing a plan for you to follow that will aid in fat loss, increase energy and fuel your body for workouts. We understand that everyone is not the same and not everyone has the same fitness and health goals. It is our mission to assist each individual whether they want to lose 5 or 100 pounds, gain weight, or tone up and maintain their current weight. We offer many group exercise fitness classes in formats ranging from high cardio to low impact, and strength training to build muscle. In addition, we also offer boot camp classes, personal one on one training, as well as the more affordable group fitness training option with a personal trainer. Training is versatile and may take place indoor at the fitness studio or at various outdoor locations.

Unlike a typical gym, we provide access to results, not just equipment. Our supportive environment will enable you to achieve all of your health goals. We employ all the major dietary theories and use practical lifestyle coaching methods to guide you in discovering which approach works best for you.  Coaching is goal-, action- and result-oriented. Our approach focuses on implementation and integration, so that healthy changes are integrated into your life. We live in the age of information overload – you don’t need more information, you need to know which information to use and how to make them work for your life.

Valerie Sparks

…started her fitness journey through the Insanity program. After three months of hard work and dedication to the program she lost 15 pounds and was in the best shape of her life. She then decided her calling in life was to help others lose weight and feel better about themselves, so she took a summer off and studied every day for her NASM personal training certification and through months of hard work and dedication she passed on her first try. She is now happily employed at Breakthrough Fitness Plus to start her personal training career and she can’t wait to meet new people and help others to be in the best shape of their lives. Spencer Hoyt

…enjoys helping participants reach their fitness goals through a variety of class formats including boot camp, weightlifting, kickboxing, and interval training. His physical education began at the age of 5 when he started Karate, which he continued for 13 years. During class he will motivate you and help you perform exercises that are challenging as well as fun. He has been teaching in the pioneer valley for the past 4 years at many different clubs and always looks forward to meeting new people in his classes. Never be afraid to jump into any of his classes as he will work to make each exercise achievable for all fitness levels from beginner to advanced. He is super excited to be a part of Breakthrough Fitness Plus and can’t wait to see you in his classes.
